To all of those dying to sneak a peek behind the scenes of the two affordable housing units currently under construction at Hunter’s Point South, prepare yourself for a serious visual overload, courtesy of the local media. This latest preview includes countless photos from all angles, showcasing all views, and offering more details on the building amenities and floor plans than were ever available before.

These pictures by Curbed NY/Will Femia and the Brownstoner Queens should serve to fuel the hopes of those who have indicated an interest of residing on the LIC waterfront.
The application period for Hunter’s Point Commons and Crossings ended on Monday, Dec. 15 at 11:59. Qualifying renters will be chosen via the city’s affordable housing lottery.

Amenities / Common Areas
